DASGIP Gas Mixing System MX4/4 supplies four separate culture bioreactors with an individual mixture of air, nitrogen, oxygen and carbon dioxide. Each gas outlet has separate set-points for flow rate, O2 and CO2 concentration. The standard MX4/4 model with a maximum gas flow rate of 50sL/h per outlet covers a wide range of microbial and cell culture applications. For applications with a higher gas flow rate demand, the MX4/4H provides up to 250sL/h per gas outlet.
For mixed overlay and submerged gassing set-ups, the optional MX Splitter divides each outlet gas flow into two streams, where each can be sent either to a headspace inlet for overlay gassing or to a submerged sparger.
