What do I have to consider when returning a module for repair?
In order to provide maximum protection for you and our employees, associates and the environment, please pay attention to the consecutively described arrangements for sending equipment to the DASGIP GmbH as well as for the on-site service. For equipment returned to DASGIP GmbH for service or any other reason please fill out the Declaration of no objection form completely and pre-send it via fax or e-mail to DASGIP GmbH or attach it outside the package. Equipment which was send to DASGIP GmbH without the completely filled declaration can not be handled. This form must also be completed before any on-site service, whether covered under warranty or not, can commence.
